Professional bartenders can be arranged upon request for an additional cost. The number of bartenders required will depend on the guest count, event length, drink menu and style of service.

Yes. The Loaded Wagon can be rented without bartending staff.

This may be suitable when the venue is providing staff, the event organizer has arranged separate bartenders or the wagon is being used for a non-alcoholic beverage station.

Any person serving alcohol must follow applicable Ontario alcohol-service and licensing requirements.

Alcohol is generally purchased and supplied by the event host.

This allows you to choose the brands, quantities and drink options that best suit your event. Alcohol requirements and responsibilities will be confirmed during the quoting process.

We can also help you plan your drink menu and estimate how much alcohol you may need.

Yes. Customization is a major part of The Loaded Wagon experience.

Depending on your event, we can discuss options such as signature cocktails, mocktails, custom menu signs, themed garnishes, glassware, drink-ticket systems and additional service stations.

Availability and pricing will depend on the specific request.

Host responsibilities depend on the services selected.

The host may be responsible for supplying:
